On one hand first the comprehensive manner of victory over Barcelona suggests this is finally the moment Italy's grandest name returns to Europe's summit. The team is so well balanced with quality from back to front and in Max Allegri have a manager who can tailor tactics to the cause. Juventus defence has been close to impenetrable in the Champions League, only conceding twice in 10 games and both from set pieces, while they possess variety in attack.
On another hand Real Madrid are a hard work team, winning juggernaut, like they did winning La Liga and with their sights set on an historic double.
Zinedine Zidane deserves more credit for his work, he has, to a great extent, unified a club that is so often beset by divisions and his team are imbued with a winning mentality to accompany their talent. And they have the best player in the competition of course, in the extraordinary Cristiano Ronaldo.
Of course Atletico Madrid have an equally miserly defence but Juve have just that slight edge in the quality of their individuals, from Giorgio Chiellini at the back to Gonzalo Higuain up top. Real will be favourites with Ronaldo in superlative form but history is against them with no Champions League holders ever following the title.
If someone had to choose for one of this two teams i think Juventus would be the best option, because FCBarcelona also got a victory versus Madrid on their last match, they were very superior. And Juventus won Barcelona with a 4-0 on Champions that shows us Juventus is the clearly best team of this season.
