Dear Mr Reinhard Rauball,

I am sending you this email to make you aware of a situation that occurred on Monday the 2nd of March between me and Borussia Dortmund in Signal Idune Park.

At the night of the last Monday the 2nd, I decided to go to see Dortmund in the stadium, as I usually do, and I was extremely surprised by the actions of Thomas Tuchel, the trainer of the team. In the last month he hasn’t won any match what it is completely disappointing if we want to go to play champions league the next year.

I contacted with my good friend Thomas and he told me that there was no reason to get nervous and he also said the team was on its top level. He then informed me that he will make no change to the team and leave it as now.

I am very disappointed with the mentality of the trainer. I demand an apology and I expect you to make out Thomas Tuchel. It would also be a good idea to make him change his mind. If I do not see any movements in the sidewalk in the next two weeks I shall be forced to consider leaving my partner card.

When I was 5, for my birthday, my parents brought me a ticket to go to Camp Nou.

The next day I woke up, I make the bed and I was very happy because I had never seen a football match in my whole life. Then, we go to Barcelona by car, at 10:00 we were there my dream come true, I was there in the real stadium that I have seen it in photos I was so happy.

The match had to start at 12:00 and for waiting to start the match we went to the official FCB shop, we buy nothing there but we saw Messi with the new official t-shirt of barça. I took a photo with him and he gifted me the new barça t-shirt, I was surprised but also very happy.

And then the match started, me and my fathers were at the bottom of the stadium, there I was able to see the players training and live the feelings of the players when they scored. When the match ended we went back to Igualada, my city, with my new t-shirt of Messi. I will always remember that day because it was the best day of my life.

When I was a child my father brought me to see my first match in FCB stadium, I was nervous because i never seen one before.

When I was going there he started telling me the spectacular that is to go in the FCB stadium, like see in live players like Messi, Iniesta, Henry…

So when we arrived at Barcelona the stadium was full of people and we had the exclusivity to sit in a good place of the stadium.

We saw the match and when we were about to get out we saw Xavi Hernandez in the Parking of the Camp nou. My father told me that he was a player of the team and I couldn’t believe it! We went closer to him, and he saw my surprised face he smiled. He talked with my father about the match and he told me: “Did you liked the game? I said yes, with a nervous voice. Than my father told him if we could get a photo with him, he said yes, no problem. So when we were about to leave he signed my T-shirt and he told me that if i come to the stadium someday.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about an incident that took place last match of Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. The incident has left me without my money and my popcorn.

At night of the last Wednesday 25st March I decided to go to see the match of Chelsea in his stadium Stamford Bridge. Furthermore, I had dinner before the match to not lose time and see all the match, nevertheless, when there were 30 minutes to finish the match I was hungry and I decided to buy popcorn in a vending machine. Firstly I selected the popcorn and then I put the money necessary to buy the popcorn and in the end, the machine swallowed my money but it didn’t give me the popcorn. 

I contacted with a worker but he said me that he had just to overlook and if I wanted to contact with someone to complain I had to write on this mail.

I’m very disappointed with the treatment I had received from your workers and I would be very grateful if you return my money. In addition, if I don’t hear from you, I will not return to this stadium.

I look forward to receiving your reply.

When I was young I had a brilliant experience that it was very impressive for me.

It was my birthday and my parents give me one of the best presents I’ve ever had, they were tickets for going to see Football Club Barcelona versus Stuttgart, the quarter finals match at Camp Nou, with my parents.

They gave me the present the same day that it was the match, so after five minutes of happiness, we took the car and we went to Barcelona.

When we arrived I was shocked as I had never ever seen the stadium before and it was just amazing. I remember the face of the people there they all were happy, nervous and anxious for the match and I think I was like them. We entered to the stadium and we sat at our seat. Then we just waited for the match to start.

Today I still remember how I feel that day, I also remember that Barcelona won 4-0, however I don’t care about the result, it was in that moment that I understood what it means being a ``culé´´, to form part of what I consider the best team in the world.

-Pau: And you?

-Guillem: Pretty good, thanks.    

-Roger : Have you heard about PSG´s bid for Messi?

-Guillem: Yes, about 400 million euros right?

-Pau: Yes, but Manchester City also want to sign him.

-Roger: I don’t think Messi will go to another club. In my opinion he will stay at Barcelona.

-Marcos: But if those teams put in a good offer to Barcelona then I’d like to see what happens.

-Roger: But Barcelona is the club of his childhood.

-Pau: Many people say that Messi is the only good player at FC Barcelona

-Marcos: But we all know that's not true, Neymar, Suarez and Iniesta, are good players too.

-Guillem: Messi could be the best player in any team, Pau...

-Roger: And what do you think about their salaries?           :

-Marcos: I don't think that they're ok.

-Pau: But football generates a lot of money.

-Roger: In my opinion, they earn too much money for just kicking one ball.

-Guillem: But you have to take into account all of the business behind that ball, like all of the sponsors.

-Marcos: And what do you think about FCB stadium?

-Pau: FCB stadium is one of the most legendary stadiums with a lot of fans and an incredible history.         

-Roger: But the stadium is a bit old and others like MCI have a more modern stadium.

-Marcos: But remember that it will be redeveloped between 2017-2021!

-Pau: It will be one of top 3 stadiums in the world.

-Marcos: But it will cost a lot of money to build the new stadium.

-Guillem: FCB can afford to invest in a new stadium.

-Roger: But in a few years BARCELONA won’t be able to pay that amount of money.

-Pau: I don’t think so, in my humble opinion Barcelona earn a lot of money as they have so many sponsors.

-Marcos: Pau, I disagree that sponsors aren’t a major part of Barcelona's income I think they also earn money with the stadium and partners.

-Guillem: Sponsors are very important for the future of the club.

-Roger: In my professional experience in the 80´s when football wasn’t as developed as today teams didn't have as much money as teams today.

-Pau:  Personally, I agree with you, football was more attractive because players played for the football and not for the money.  

-Marcos: But Pau, Football in the 80´s wasn't as good as it is now.

-Guillem: It was Marcos, it was....

-Roger: well, I have to return home or my wife will kill me. Bye!

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing today to complain about an incident that took place last day at one of your vending machines on camp nou. The incident has left me without my money and without my water, it has also caused me a great deal of inconvenience.

Yesterday, Saturday 21st November, when the football match ended I went to a vending machine inside the stadium to buy fresh water. I selected the water in the screen of the vending machine, I put 1.20$ and the machine swallow my money but it don't give me my water.

I contacted the worker and he informed me that they can't do nothing to give me the water because he could see no reason why the machine didn't give me the water. He said me that if I want to claim my water I have to contact on this email that is why I’m writing now.

I am very unhappy with the treatment I have received from your workers. Now I don’t have my water and even my money, I would be really satisfied if you send me the money, now I don't need the water. If I don’t hear more from you in the next month I shall be forced to consider moving to another team.

I look forward to hearing from you very soon.
