Email of complaint
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing today to complain about an incident that
took place last day at one of your vending machines on camp nou. The incident
has left me without my money and without my water, it has also caused me a
great deal of inconvenience.
Yesterday, Saturday 21st November, when the football
match ended I went to a vending machine inside the stadium to buy fresh water.
I selected the water in the screen of the vending machine, I put 1.20$ and the
machine swallow my money but it don't give me my water.
I contacted the worker and he informed me that they
can't do nothing to give me the water because he could see no reason why the
machine didn't give me the water. He said me that if I want to claim my water I
have to contact on this email that is why I’m writing now.
I am very unhappy with the treatment I have received
from your workers. Now I don’t have my water and even my money, I would be
really satisfied if you send me the money, now I don't need the water. If I don’t
hear more from you in the next month I shall be forced to consider moving to
another team.
