Email of complaint
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about an incident that took place last match of
Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. The incident has left me without my money and my
popcorn.
At night of the last Wednesday 25st March I decided to go to see the match
of Chelsea in his stadium Stamford Bridge. Furthermore, I had dinner before the
match to not lose time and see all the match, nevertheless, when there were 30
minutes to finish the match I was hungry and I decided to buy popcorn in a
vending machine. Firstly I selected the popcorn and then I put the money
necessary to buy the popcorn and in the end, the machine swallowed my money but
it didn’t give me the popcorn.
I contacted with a worker but he said me that he had just to overlook and if I wanted to contact with someone to complain I had to write on this mail.

I’m very disappointed with the treatment I had received from your
workers and I would be very grateful if you return my money. In addition, if I
don’t hear from you, I will not return to this stadium.
